Apply Le Partage

Description
The Apply Le Partage identifier applies the Le Partage rule. This option overrides the Le Partage option located in the Betting Options view. When this action statement is executed and whenever the last number that appeared is 0 or 00, the user who has placed an even-money outside bet loses half the bet and does not have the option to let it ride.
